Maintenance Now that you have reached your desired weight, maintenance is a top priority to keep you looking and feeling your best and for optimum health. Maintain your weight by replacing on meal a day with a Formula 1 shake. For good health continue to take Formulas 2 and 3 as recommended. Your two regular meals may become more liberal, but continue to avoid fried foods, fatty or oily foods and sweets. Should your weight start going up, replace a second regular meal with a shake.
