Suggested Shake Recipes
To make a basic shake, simply blend or stir one serving of Formula 1 with 200-250ml of skim milk or your favourite beverage until smooth.
*Depending on your body weight, activity level and metabolism, you may increase your total daily intake of calories as long as you are satisfied with your weight-loss progress.
Your are encouraged to make your Formula 1 shakes in a variety of ways. As you can see from the 48 recipes listed below, skim milk, fresh fruits, juices, extracts, and even decaffeinated coffee can be added to the Formula 1 powder to make different and tasty shakes. Feel free to experiment with your own recipes.

2 Cups Frozen Diced Apple

Banana Bonanza Delight
240mls Low Fat Milk

TIP: Try peeling Banana and placing in airtight

1/4 Banana
1 Cup Skim Milk

2 Level Dsp Chocolate Formula 1
3/4 Cup Skim Milk
1/4 Cup Herbal Aloe Juice
Peppermint Essence
Ice Cubes
Chocolate Truffles
Finely chop 1/2 a small Cup of Sultanas,
1/2 a small Cup of Walnuts,
1/2 a small Cup of Grated Apple,
1/2 a dozen Dates,
Mash 1 Banana
1& 1/2 Cups Linseed (Finely Ground)
1 Cup Formula 1 Chocolate
1 Tablespoon Runny Honey
Juice from 1 Lemon
Mix all together and roll into medium sized balls then roll in coconut.
Refrigerate.
Coffee Shake
1 serving French Vanilla Formula 1 powder
1 teaspoon instant decaffeinated coffee
200-250ml of skim milk
1/2 banana or 1/2 peach (optional)
4-6 ice cubes (optional)

Creamy Chocolate Dream
240mls Low Fat Milk
1/2 Frozen Banana
Dash Weight Watchers Choc Topping
2 level Dsp Vanilla Formula 1
Tip: For less Calories use water instead of milk
and add a little more flavouring

Crispy Formula 1 Snack Bars
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Low Fat Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Water
2 Tsps Vanilla
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Mix until smooth then add 1 cup Formula 1
Vanilla OR Choc,
1 cup Oatmeal and 2 Cups Crisp Rice Cereal.
Press into 8 X 8 inch pan and freeze for 30 minutes
Cut into 8 equal portions.
Dutch Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
4 level dsp HERBALIFE Formula 1.
500g plain, low fat soy or dairy yoghurt
OR 500ml soy, or rice, or oat or dairy milk.
85g Gelatine.
3/4 cup hot! Water
Method
Dissolve gelatine in hot water
and allow to cool.
Place all ingredients into a bowl.
Whip for 2 minutes with electric beater.
Pour into individuals serving bowls.
Place in Fridge. Allow up to 3 hours to set.
Decorate with favourite fruit and serve.
Recipe equivalent to 2 meals or 4 to 6 deserts.
Egg Nog
240ml Skim Milk
1/3 Cup Herbal Aloe Juice
1/2 tsp Brandy Extract
Non Calorie Sweetener to taste
Dash of Cinamon
Dash of Nutmeg
2 level dsp Vanilla Formula 1
Blend well and serve with a
sprinkle of nutmeg.
Extra Chocolatey Shake
2 level dsp Chocolate Shake
250ml Skim Milk
1 tsp Cocoa
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Instant Coffee (optional)
Ice Cubes
Formula 1 Bars
1 Cup Formula 1 (Any Flavour)
1 Cup Powdered Milk
3/4 Cup Oatmeal (Not Instant)
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds

Method: Mix Dry Ingredients.
Add remaining ingred. Mix well.
Mixture will be dry & Crumbly.
Press into 8" x 8" Dish. (20cm)
Cut into 8 equal pieces and wrap.

Mash Banana,
add Formula 1 & Spread on toast.

4-5 fresh strawberries or 1/2 banana

1/2 lb Sweetener
10oz Formula 1
Diced Mixed Fruit
Beat egg whites until stiff & fold in sweetener
Gently fold in Formula 1.
When combined pipe onto grease proof paper.
Refrigerate
Decorate by filling centres with diced fruit.
Good Morning Shake
170mls V8 Juice
Dash of Black Pepper to taste
1 serve Vanilla Formula 1
50mls Herbal Aloe Juice
Dash Tabasco Sauce
Fruit Slush
170mls Apricot Nectar
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Serve Formula 1 Vanilla
3 Ice Cubes.
Blend until slushy.
Herbal All-Bran Shake
2 Tablespoons All Bran Cereal
2 Tablespoons Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
1/4 Cup Luke Warm Water
Sweetener to taste

Method: Boil Water & add milk powder.
Allow to simmer for a few minutes

100 ml. water
125 grams strawberry soy (or dairy) yoghurt
1 thick slice fresh chopped pineapple
4 large fresh strawberries

A variation of this receipe
