The Aussie Health Centre NSW guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the products manufactured meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. 

We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, a retail customer is not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from The Aussie Health Centre NSW, the customer may request a refund from The Aussie Health Centre NSW within thirty days from the date that the customer receives the product, or the unused portion thereof, to The Aussie Health Centre NSW to receive full credit toward the purchase of other Herbalife products or a full refund of the purchase price.

This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused.

If a customer requests a refund it is the responsibility of the customer to notify The Aussie Health Centre NSW for a request for a refund. Please write the Order Number or Invoice Number and the name of the product from that order you wish to return to: refunds@aussie-health.com.au
